Originally from Minnesota, Julie grew up on real estate in the Midwest. Her father was a lifelong residential building contractor and as a teenager she worked on his crew. Her mother has been selling real estate for decades and is still working at the tender age of 89!
Julie moved to Arizona 10 years ago and found that she loved the climate and the people. She misses the lakes and “up north” cabin trips from her years in Minnesota, but she’s found new and beautiful things to enjoy in the desert, including a year-round golf season! “My handicap hasn’t gone down but I still enjoy playing just as much!”
Julie attended college in Minneapolis and graduated with honors from Augsburg College in 1983. Prior to practicing real estate, she worked both in market research and, later, as executive director of a private family foundation.
Julie has extensive knowledge of the markets in Estancia, Desert Highlands, Troon, Whisper Rock, Silverleaf and Paradise Valley. Her expertise puts her in a unique position to represent both buyers and sellers of golf subdivision real estate.
She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Estancia Golf Club in North Scottsdale. In her limited spare time, She enjoys playing the piano and the peace and satisfaction that brings her.
